What guarantees that I will receive my purchase?

What is Olva Courier?
  • Olva Courier is a company that ships nationwide and is one of the largest and most reliable in Peru. In addition, all our shipments are protected by refund insurance in case of loss, theft or accident. They normally deliver within 24 to 48 hours from when we leave your order in their warehouses.
How long will my order take?
  • Our delivery commitment is 3 to 6 business days maximum. That is, your order can arrive in three days, but a maximum of six. Business days count from the first business day after the day of purchase.
What is the shipping cost?
  • The shipping cost is standard S/ 12 to any part of Lima and S/ 16 to all provinces 😉
Can I pay online with my credit or debit card?

Can I pay when I receive my order?
  • We require payment prior to shipping, since we do it through Olva Courier and its staff does not accept cash or handle POS for payments on delivery. Don't worry, we know that buying clothes online is a challenge and if something doesn't turn out as you expected we have super flexible exchange and return policies which you will find in more detail in our terms and conditions 🥰
What happens if my order arrives damaged or has a fault?
  • Although we hope this never happens, if you receive an item that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately through our "Contact" section or write to us at so we can offer you the best service, solution and possible orientation.
I need my order to arrive urgently. What should I do?
  • If you need to receive your order urgently, write to us on our WhatsApp at 963979364 so that one of our advisors can manually schedule the delivery of your order on the date you indicate.
